01 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any page, form, booking tool, or service on the Stella's Room Studio website (go.stellasroomstudio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, leads, students, and anyone who interacts with Stella's Room Studio through our website, chat widget, booking forms, or payment pages.
02 — Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, book a discovery call, enroll in any training program, or submit your contact information through any form on our site. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
03 — SMS Messaging — Use Cases & Consent
By providing your phone number through our website, chat widget, or any booking or inquiry form, you consent to receive text messages from Stella's Room Studio.
We send text messages for the following purposes:
Discovery call confirmations and appointment reminders
Follow-up communications after your discovery call
Deposit and enrollment confirmations
Training program scheduling and start date coordination
Program updates and logistics information
SMS Program Details:

04 — Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving text messages from Stella's Room Studio:
Reply STOP to any text message we send — you will be unsubscribed immediately
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out
You will not receive any further marketing or reminder messages unless you opt back in
To stop receiving marketing emails:
Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email we send
Or email us at [email protected] and request to be removed
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to an active enrollment or scheduled appointment. You may still receive booking confirmations and program-related communications until your enrollment is complete.
05 — Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent by or to Stella's Room Studio. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your service plan.
Stella's Room Studio is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier as a result of receiving or sending text messages. Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan or applicable rates.
06 — Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through our SMS program.
Stella's Room Studio is not responsible for any messages that are delayed, undelivered, or lost due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier outages, network congestion, incorrect phone numbers, or device issues.
If you are not receiving expected messages from us, please check that you have not previously opted out by replying STOP, verify your phone number is correct, and contact us directly at [email protected].
07 — Deposit, Payment & Refund Terms
By submitting a $500 deposit through our checkout page, you agree to the following:
Your deposit reserves your spot in the Stella's Room training program discussed during your discovery call and is applied toward your total tuition
The remaining balance is due before your program start date
Deposits are fully refundable within 72 hours of payment
After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable
If Stella's Room Studio cancels your program for any reason, you will receive a full refund

10 — Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
Stella's Room Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
